Charles R. Oakwood is the founder and Senior Managing Partner of American Lawyers Group, P.C. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, Charles has established himself as one of Virginia’s most relentless and successful personal injury trial attorneys. He has successfully represented thousands of clients and recovered over $100 Million in courtroom verdicts and out-of-court settlements.
Charles specializes in high-stakes personal injury cases, including commercial truck crashes, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.
